A wonderful mousepad for any mouse, but grabbing this awesome bonus will also put you into the draw for our MASSIVE August Gaming Prize Pack which will be going out to one lucky gamer!

IMPORTANT: To be in to win the MEGA Prize you must register for the Cooler Master MP510 Bonus!

Our New August Mega Prize Pack contains four awesome pieces of top-tier gear fit for a professional gamer, the first being the outstanding Cooler Master MK750 RGB Cherry MX Gaming Keyboard!

The MK750 is a pro-grade mechanical gaming keyboard for the straightforward gamer, fully loaded with practical features to ensure success on the battlefield. Classic design gives the MK750 timeless good looks, with an eye-catching floating switch and anodized cobalt-aluminium top plate for a pro-grade feel to the keyboard. The sleek keyboard sports an RGB lightbar and backlighting which can be customised on the fly, without the need to download any software or exit your game. Macros work in a similar way, allowing you to record your very combos while in game.

Available with a range of Cherry MX Switch options for responsiveness, durability, and tactile satisfaction – our winner will get to choose the perfect MK750 Cherry MX Switch model for them, blue, red or brown, with all models including a removable magnetic wrist rest for superior comfort during the long gaming sessions ahead!

Our next Cooler Master Prize goes perfectly with the gaming keyboard above – the Cooler Master MasterMouse Pro L RGB Gaming Mouse! This incredible gaming mouse lets our lucky winner tweak its shape with included modular top and side covers, changing the grip configuration so you can make a mouse that works best for you and the games you are wanting to play. On the inside you’ll find a PixArt PMW3360 optical sensor delivering up to 12000 DPI with no interpolation and no acceleration and a 32-bit ARM processor which allows you to record and playback complex macros, as well as save all of your settings for use on any computer without software, 512KB onboard memory allows you to take your macros with you wherever you go

With 8 programmable buttons that can be easily expanded up to 14 thanks to the Storm Tactix function (Works like the FN key on a keyboard), we can now assign access more functions without adding more buttons. There is also a DPI switch which is found on the bottom right side of the mouse but even this can be reassigned to any other button, great news for the snipers among us who are looking to switch DPI levels on-the-fly.

Nearly every inch of the MasterMouse Pro L’s body is covered in a matte UV coating – this is highly durable and won’t peel, wear, or tarnish. To further expand on this dynamic shape those top techs at Cooler Master have made 3D Print models for the MasterMouse Pro L available here, so if you would like to actually make a unique custom grip perfectly formed for you, you actually can!

With both hands covered our winner is also going to take away great headset as well, and for that, we’ve got the Cooler Master MasterPulse MH-750 RGB Gaming Headset!

The MasterPulse MH750 is an exceptional headset, one that surprisingly hasn’t received much coverage despite packing an onboard sound card, it’s also had some of the best marketing lines we’ve seen on a headset, gems such as…

“offering a proper seal to prevent hearing the crushing reality of the outside world.”

“Adjust the obnoxious lightshow with a simple press of a button”

Funny realities aside the MH750 provides full audio immersion, with a lightweight, aluminium frame and five individual cushions provide all around comfort. Inside we get 44mm drivers to provide clear audio, both for communications from your team and the footsteps of enemies lurking in the shadows, with BassFX boosting available with the removable open/closed back design should you want to feel more of the explosions. It’s RGB of course, with that fancy 7.1 simulated audio making it great for movies and the like as well!

A pretty amazing setup for sure – but Cooler Master didn’t stop there – our lucky August winner also takes away one last awesome piece of gaming gear for their desk – the Cooler Master RGB Mouse Pad!

With nine vibrant preset light animations and effects, it’s the last piece of gear needed to perfectly match the other RGB hardware in your setup but it isn’t just about looks – the RGB Gaming Mousepad is also tuned for peak performance with a textured, low-friction surface that results in a mousepad that performs as good as it looks 🙂

Amazing gear, amazing August fun ahead – check out the latest range of Good Gaming PC builds today!

Good Gaming Mouse – MasterMouse S incoming!

GGPC Cooler Master MASTERMOUSE S incoming to NZ

Just announced – the new MasterMouse S is coming to New Zealand soon \o/ A small and elegant gaming mouse that aims to provide a secure and satisfying grip.

GGPC TactiX ButtonThe body of the mouse sports five buttons (not including the dpi switch), one of which is a secondary function button that will allow us to map another command to the other four buttons – we like this layout as it’s easy to use and allows for some pretty handy hotkeys to be activated directly from the mouse, simply mapping health and mana potions to a single button and having the shifter let you activate either is pretty sweet but things get really cool when you map a steady fire macro as the alternate left click function, unloading a whole clip accurately at range is a killer. They actually call this shifter button the “Storm TactiX” which does sound a bit cooler than the shift term we like to use 😛 It’s located just under the base of your thumb for very easy access.

The MasterMouse S has onboard memory, so we can save our macros within five profiles, with everything being saved on the mouse. These profiles can also save unique settings to each with two RGB illumination zones, there is one along the rim of the mouse wheel and one at the rear edge and both be customised with the usual  spectrum of 16.7 million colours as well as a range of effects that can be assigned to each of the zones independently.

All of the lighting settings, button functions, macros, DPI levels and various sensor settings can be tweaked easily via Cooler Master’s Portal software which is the new unified software package for all things CM 🙂

Aside from all this good stuff we get all the other usual premium bits like a matte UV coating that is easy to clean and resistant to finger smudges, main buttons equipped with those glorious Omron switches which can take a beating and a nice patterned PVC cable which at 1.8 meters long is pretty savvy for a little lounge room gaming.

Both the new MasterMouse S above and another MasterMouse S Lite version are heading to New Zealand now, we’ll update our GGPC Computers Blog as soon as we get our hands on one!
